Staff was really kind. The traditional Japanese room was a nice experience. The onsen or big bath was really nice.

The breakfast, while good, can be a bit limited in options.

It was very beautiful and I was glad that the Japanese-style room was calm! I thought there would be no breakfast, but I was glad that a simple meal was included. Before my stay, I sent a message to ask any questions I had about parking, etc., but they kindly answered them.

A great hotel within easy access to multiple subway lines. The quiet yet central location is perfect for a longer stay in Tokyo. The hotel itself is comfy, clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasty and the in-house onsen was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend staying here!!
